Foxx Life Sciences EZBio STC AseptiQuik connector provides a quick and easy sterile connection between biopharmaceutical processing equipment and single-use systems. AseptiQuik STC Connectors integrate the AseptiQuik sterile connector and the Steam-Thru II SIP connector, giving manufacturers flexibility between hybrid stainless steel and single-use processing equipment. The AseptiQuik STC connector combines an AseptiQuik G or AseptiQuik S connector with a Steam-Thru II connection that can be mounted directly to stainless steel processing equipment via a sanitary termination. 

The Union of the two connectors into a single unit is through a Foxx sanitary Tri-clamp. This allows the AseptiQuik sterile connection to be steamed onto the stainless-steel equipment via SIP. After the SIP cycle, single-use systems can be connected with AseptiQuik G or AseptiQuik S Sterile connector. The SIP process can be done in advance, allowing a quick and easy sterile connection to the AseptiQuik half without waiting 30-60 minutes for SIP before harvest. The AseptiQuik STC Connector connects stainless steel processing equipment via 3/4in or 1 1/2in sanitary termination.
