- Fixed aluminum extrusions hold 18x26in sheet pans
- Adjusts on 1.5in increments
- Fixed Wire:
- Holds 18x26in sheet, 12x20in steam table, 2/1 or 1/1 GN pans
- Adjusts on 3in increments
- Universal:
- Provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled forced air heating system
Description
The Metro C5 1 Series Non-Insulated Heated Holding and Proofing Cabinet is an entirely removable module with no tool requirements for easy cleaning and servicing. Clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility of the contents inside the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door. Moisture control acts at lower proofing temperatures.
