The Metro C5 1 Series Non-Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet is an entirely removable module with no tool requirements for easy cleaning and servicing. Clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility of the contents inside the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door. Heated cabinets are for hot food holding applications only.
