Metro C5 4 Series Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet

The Metro C5 4 Series Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, low-cost, high-end fusion of polymer and stainless steel components for peak insulated storage. With inbuilt Insulation Armour Plus technology, this design includes foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels, a more efficient and economic alternative to a traditional sheet metal exterior. These panels double as top-to-bottom bumper protection when in transport. The cabinet itself is built with Type 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The user can easily manage the forced convection heating system through the top mounted controls, which display easy-to-read temperature values and thermostatic adjustments(200°F max).

The Metro C5 4 Series Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet comes in heights of 30.5, 42, 62.5 and 69.5in, with clear and dutch doors available on certain configurations. Slide types come in adjustable universal wire or fixed aluminum lip(1.5in increments).
