The Metro C5 E-Series Holding and Proofing Cabinet provides a mix of features to economically hold and proof in the same cabinet. Universal slides accommodate a variety of pans, and higher power output assures food stays hot, safe, and appetizing. A clear polycarbonate door provides visibility to the interior contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door. The door is field reversible with a high quality adjustable gasket seal.
