Programmable timers help manage holding times and first-in-first-out (FIFO), giving you better control over food quality and consistency. An auto-start feature is capable of daily activating the cabinet at a preset time. Low temperature and water alarms alert the user when attention is needed. A USB port with built-in HACCP data logging enhances food safety and saves/loads customized settings. The control lock feature allows for password-protected locking to prevent unwanted changes to the settings and help maintain food quality and safety.

Actual relative humidity percentages are measured and displayed, giving the user the ability to precisely control food moisture levels. A temperature priority assures food safety by automatically prioritizing internal temperature over humidity.
