The Metro Super Erecta Hot Workstation with Stainless Steel Heated Shelf provides accurate and consistent food warming capabilities. Work surface dimensions come in 24x36, 24x48, and 24x60in, and include one Super Erecta Hot Heated Shelf, one Super Erecta chrome wire shelf for additional overhead storage, two chrome 3-sided frames, and chrome Super Erecta SiteSelect posts.  The Super Erecta Hot Heated Shelf features an adjustable thermostat to maintain temperatures at up to 200°F (93°C). This shelving unit also comes with an optional stainless steel enclosure and clear polycarbonate doors for more protected, temperature controlled holding (36 and 48in lengths only).
