The Metro GG2C-HS1842 Metro2Go 2-Shelf Hot Station includes two Super Erecta heated shelves of 304 stainless steel with an aluminum inner core for more consistent and efficient radiation of heat. Each shelf's temperature is controlled with a manual thermostat, and can be set to a maximum of 200°F. Selectable open front access or sliding polycarbonate doors (optional rear hinged doors sold separately). Aluminum enclosures are removable without tools for easy cleaning.
