Description
The Metro MBQ Two-Door Cabinet offers the highest accessibility to cabinet contents. It is designed to hold 11.75in diameter covered plates, and full-size sheet pans front-to-back on shelves. Standard electric and Quad-Heat Dual Fuel thermal systems are available. The Quad-Heat system utilizes corner chimneys to provide even thermal stratification, channeling warm air throughout the cabinet, surrounding contents with uniform heat. By utilizing the "dead" space in the corners, Quad-Heat maximizes the volume of the cabinet while minimizing the space it requires. Accessible drawers allow canned fuel to be monitored and replaced without opening doors.
