SCAT Lab Safety S60/61 Safety Waste Cap with Level Control is a hermetically sealing closure designed to work with SCAT exhaust filters for safe disposal of vapor, solvent, and HPLC waste. This safety waste cap is designed to fit S60/61 threaded bottles and features 3 connections for capillaries or tubing and a connection port for a SCAT exhaust filter (available separately). Safety waste caps with level control are available with mechanical or electronic level control and an optional grounding port.

SCAT Lab safety waste caps are manufactured with chemically resistant PTFE materials molded to create and maintain secure connections. The interior of the cap body contains an additional PTFE layer that protects the inner seal from corrosive solvents. Tubing connections are molded into the white PTFE core that can rotate 360° to allow easy container changes without disrupting capillaries and tubing.
