The SCAT Lab Safety Continuous Level Control is designed for continuous level monitoring and control, featuring a Signalbox UM-O-Ex with a 230 VAC power supply, a display unit, and a high-quality stainless steel sensor probe. The package includes a cable with open ends for easy integration.

The system offers advanced level monitoring capabilities, with a pre-alarm set at 75% and a maximum level alarm at 95% of the container (107953). The level sensor employed is the TORRIX Ex 6 B NT, specifically designed for Bypass applications without HART communication.

The sensor probe features a probe head made of durable stainless steel 303/316L and an IP68 protection rating for reliable operation in harsh environments. The probe tube is constructed from high-quality stainless steel canister 1.4571, ensuring chemical resistance.

With a probe length of 265 mm and a probe tube diameter of 6 mm, this system is tailored for use with the canister 107953 and the Safety Waste Cap 106507. The level sensor offers up to ±0.01% accuracy.
