SCAT Lab Safety SymLine FLEX Extension Pipe

The SCAT Lab Safety SymLine FLEX Extension Pipe is part of the SymLine modular disposal system, designed for efficient management of liquid waste such as solvents, acids, alkalis, and more. The pipe system connects multiple laboratory workplaces, HPLC units, and fume cupboards to a central disposal or collection point, like a safety cabinet. The electrically conductive high-performance plastic used in the system is resistant to chemical substances according to SEFA 3 & 8 standards and is suitable for use in zones 0, 1, and 2, as per the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances, ensuring safe and compliant operation.

SymLine FLEX - Extension 1 is a straight pipe extension made of PE-HD electrostatic conductive material, ensuring chemical resistance and safety. It has a length of 600mm and offers a tensile strength of 400 N, with a recommended tightening torque of 4 Nm. This extension allows for flexible configuration and extension of the SymLine pipe system to accommodate various laboratory layouts and requirements.

SymLine FLEX - Extension 2 is another extension option, also constructed from PE-HD electrostatic conductive material for chemical resistance and safety. It features a GL 45 (m) threaded connection on one end, allowing for easy integration with other SymLine components. Like the Extension 1, it has a length of 600mm, a tensile strength of 400 N, and a recommended tightening torque of 4 Nm.

SymLine FLEX - Extension 3 is a longer pipe extension designed for the SymLine modular disposal system for liquid waste. Constructed from PE-HD electrostatic conductive material, it offers excellent chemical resistance and safety. With a length of 1200mm, this extension provides greater flexibility in configuring the pipe system to accommodate diverse laboratory layouts and requirements. Despite its extended length, it maintains a robust tensile strength of 400 N and a recommended tightening torque of 4 Nm, ensuring secure and reliable connections within the SymLine system.
