Description

The Casella Process Solutions OnePump VersaFlow Pump provides maximum adaptability in Life-Science applications with a modular design that accommodates an array of peristaltic and diaphragm pump heads. This versatile design is engineered with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body and plastic bevels for HazLoc, ATEX, or general manufacturing spaces. With the addition of interchangeable pump heads, the VersaFlow Pump offers a performance range from zero-flow up to 20 liters per minute. It may also be integrated with various pressure and flow sensors that can be monitored by the onboard data-logging system for valuable operational insights.

The VersaFlow pump can be used within classified hazardous locations, meeting a critical need in the single-use market. It features an integrated purging system and rated components, making the VersaFlow pump suitable for use in Division 2 and Zone 2 classified hazardous spaces. This approach maintains an IP54 rating while pressurized, meeting standards and expectations for the life science industry.

The VersaFlow pump may be integrated with an array of sensors to enable precise control over process parameters. Sensor integration enables the pump to control a range of process parameters for applications such as Nanofiltration, Depth Filtration, and Tangential Flow Filtration. Sensor options are available for general manufacturing spaces as well as hazardous locations.

The VersaFlow pump is available with a full array of interchangeable pump modules that can be swapped in the field with minimal tooling. This industry-leading versatility maximizes return on investment by eliminating the need for multiple pump systems from different manufacturers in one package. Each pump is fabricated from corrosion-resistant materials including 316 Stainless Steel and polymers such as High-Density Polyethylene and Acetal, so that it may withstand most industry cleaning agents.
