Saint-Gobain Sani-Tech STHT-80 is a premium-cured silicone tubing designed for high burst pressure and vacuum applications in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This high-durometer tubing features higher pressure resistance compared to typical silicone tubing, allowing it to be used in place of braid-reinforced tubing in some cases. STHT-80 silicone tubing is available in 28 sizes and delivers a vacuum-compatible and cost-effective performance.

Sani-Tech STHT-80 is designed for applications that require fluid transfer systems that minimize pulsations downstream of pumping. It delivers two to three times less pulsation than competing high-durometer tubing. This can help achieve high filling and dosing accuracy while avoiding unintended fluid loss at the filling needle.

Sani-Tech STHT-80 also offers a high level of transparency, which allows for visual monitoring of activity within the fluid path. This is especially helpful in applications that require observation and identification of visual queues for success.
