Sartorius Stedim Biosealer TC is a fully automated device used to disconnect thermoplastic tubing and on disposable assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The Biosealer TC uses proven technology to allow individual components of assemblies to be disconnected in non-sterile environment while maintaining sterility of the product. With its weight and small dimensions this unit is portable and can be easily used in a variety of locations.

The Biosealer TC is capable of sealing gamma-irradiated or autoclaved TPE tubing with a 1/4 to 1 inch outer diameter. Sealing parameters for all tubing dimensions and materials are pre-installed on the system and simple to select. Disconnections can be performed on dry, wet or liquid filled tubing and the sealing process time is between 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the tubing size and TPE material.

Pre-programmed for use with C-Flex 374, Tuflux TPE, AdvantaFlex, SaniPure, and PharMed tubing.
