Description
Saint-Gobain VueLife AC Series Bioprocess Bag utilizes a treated FEP film to better promote cell and protein adhesion to the bag surface in transduction and transfection applications. Each AC series bag features a needle-less injection site, a Y connector with PVC tubing leading to a female luer, and a sterile heat-sealed docking tube. These features reduce the risk of culture contamination and provide easy access when introducing new material. These bags are available in sizes that hold between 32 and 2500ml.
VueLife bags are made from the highest quality USP Class VI FEP material and provide oxygen and carbon dioxide permeability while remaining impermeable to water for improved culture and expansion. This material also features an extreme operating temperature range allowing the bag to maintain flexibility even at liquid nitrogen temperatures.
Application
- Cell culture
- Cell modification
- Adhesion properties allow for the coating of transduction enhancers.
