Quattroflow QF30SU Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Single-Use Chamber

The Quattroflow QF30SU Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Single-Use Chamber is designed with flow ranges between 0.06 - 30lph to meet the needs of biopharmaceutical applications requiring a lower flow rate. The QF30SU diaphragm pump features a disposable wetted pump chamber with tool-free installation, linear flow performance, and a turn-down ratio of 500:1 to create an ideal pump solution in single-use applications. Some pump models are available with the Q-Control integrated pump controller, which interfaces with a variety of flow and pressure sensors to provide automated control over pump operations.

The QF30SU Series pumps with single-use chambers provide a less time-consuming, cost-effective cleaning and sterilization solution with virus filtration capabilities. Virus filtration is accomplished by combining a high turndown ratio with minimal pulsation in the pumped fluid. This reduces the chance of clogged filter pores which slow down flow rates when using traditional methods.

Quattroflow pumps operate in a gentle, safe, and secure manner and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products sensitive to shear force. The design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, to ensure total product containment without abrasion. Furthermore, the pumping mechanism enables risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.
