Quattroflow QF150 Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Single-Use Chambers

The Quattroflow QF150 Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Single-Use Chambers is designed for single-use biopharmaceutical applications with flow ranges between 1 to 180lph. The QF150 is a small, portable, stainless-steel pump with an integrated controller and digital keypad for manual operation. Some models are available with the Q-Control system as well as EZ-Set parts. The Q-Control system provides the pump with an integrated pump controller, to interface with a variety of flow and pressure sensors to provide automated control over pump operations. The Quattroflow EZ-Set chamber replacement system allows for faster, tool-less replacement of the single-use pump chambers. 

The QF150SU Series is available with or without a polypropylene single-use pump chamber included. With the addition of the disposable wetted pump chamber, which can be replaced as a complete unit, the single-use version of the QF150 Series pump provides flexibility in Bioprocess applications. Additional single-use chambers are available separately.

Quattroflow pumps operate in a gentle, safe, and secure manner and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products sensitive to shear force. The design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, to ensure total product containment without abrasion. Furthermore, the pumping mechanism enables risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.
