Description

The Quattroflow QF2500 Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Multi-Use Chamber is designed with components that can be cleaned and used multiple times in biopharmaceutical applications with flow rates ranging between 50 and 2,500lph. The QF2500 Series is self-draining, can maintain high flow stability, and may be used for virus filtration. Virus filtration is accomplished by combining a high turndown ratio with minimal pulsation in the pumped fluid. This reduces the chance of clogged filter pores which slow down flow rates when using traditional methods.

Quattroflow QF2500 series is available with Q-Control and HT version options. Q-Control is an integrated pump controller that interfaces with a variety of flow and pressure sensors to provide automated control over pump operations. The HT version offers all-in-one technology to integrate the pump chamber, pump drive, motor, controller and pump housing into a single unit. This model also features a three-phase power supply, a compact design, high flow accuracy, and an extended turndown ratio.

Quattroflow pumps operate in a gentle, safe, and secure manner and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products sensitive to shear force. The design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, to ensure total product containment without abrasion. Furthermore, the pumping mechanism enables risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.
