Description

The Quattroflow QF4400 Series 4-Piston Diaphragm Pump with Single-Use Chamber is designed for flow rates ranging between 150 to 5,000lph in biopharmaceutical applications. Quattroflow single-use solutions provide quicker cleaning and sterilization methods without compromising cleanliness with their disposable, wetted pump chambers. These pump chambers are composed of sturdy polypropylene material and feature virus filtration capabilities just like the multiple-use counterpart.

The QF4400 Series accomplishes virus filtration by combining a high turndown ratio with minimal pulsation in the pumped fluid. This reduces the chance of clogged filter pores which slow down flow rates when using traditional methods.

The QF4400 series is available with Q-Control and HT control box options. Q-Control is an integrated pump controller that interfaces with a variety of flow and pressure sensors to provide automated control over pump operations. The HT version offers all-in-one technology to integrate the pump chamber, pump drive, motor, controller and pump housing into a single unit. This model also features a three-phase power supply, a compact design, high flow accuracy, and an extended turndown ratio.

Quattroflow pumps operate in a gentle, safe, and secure manner and securely convey aqueous solutions and biological products sensitive to shear force. The design does not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, to ensure total product containment without abrasion. Furthermore, the pumping mechanism enables risk-free dry-running, low pulsation, self-priming, and minimal particle generation.
