em-tec BioProTT FlowMCP Flow Meter

The em-tec BioProTT FlowMCP Series Flow Meter features a compact control cabinet design with a multi-channel platform that can measure flow rates in up to four channels in industrial bioprocessing applications. With the combination of the small spatial footprint and DINrail mounting, the FlowMCP can easily integrate into new or existing systems within a control cabinet.

All models of FlowMCP come equipt with the Modbus TCP digital interface and 1 to 2 flow channel models have the option of an additional analog output. The Modbus TCP digital output provides a readable status and error codes, increasing safety during running processes. Additionally, the Mdbus-TCP log data may be fed into process control systems to serve as a basis to control the pump speed or the valves. The optional analog interface is designed for easier integration by providing a standard setting where 20 mA equals the sensor’s Qmax. This setting can be adjusted via the intuitive web interface. Both variants are designed for flexibility that adheres to the differing needs of bioprocessing applications.
