em-tec BioProTT Clamp-On SL Sensor

The em-tec BioProTT Clamp-On SL Sensor is designed to work in conjunction with BioProTT flow meters to provide non-invasive flow measurement of liquids in flexible tubing. The Clamp-On SL sensor features click-fastening to allow it to be easily attached to flexible tubing and non-invasive measurements to prevent additional shear stress in the application. 

After the sensor is calibrated for the application, it works by applying an ultrasonic transit time method to provide highly accurate measurements and flexible solutions for many applications. Each sensor can hold up to seven calibration tables for additional flexibility.

BioProTT Clamp-On SL is compatible with the full BioProTT product range and can fit flexible tubes with outer dimensions between 1/4 and 1 5/8in. The sensor can be cleaned easily with alcohol-based surface cleaners and re-used for multiple process runs.

Sensor accuracy is dependent on the outer dimension of the tube:

• 1/4 to 3/4in OD: ±2% of reading ±20ml/min accuracy
• 7/8in OD: ±2% of reading ±80ml/min accuracy
• 1 to 1 1/8in OD: ±2% of reading ±200ml/min accuracy
• 1 1/4 to 1 5/8in OD: ±2% of reading ±400ml/min accuracy
