PendoTECH Data Acquisition System

The PendoTECH Data Acquisition System streamlines data management in bioprocessing applications by collecting all sensor data within a central interface. The unit is able to connect to 14 sensors and devices and comes with PC software to view and analyze collected data. The DAQ System hardware includes 6 foot re-usable cables to connect to pressure sensors. 

The DAQ PC Software features the ability to trend the data in real-time and save the data in a file that can be opened by programs such as Excel. For organizational purposes, users have the ability to enter electronic notes, which are also logged into the data file. As an option, the DAQ software can also perform calculated values such as DeltaP and trans-membrane pressure that are used for certain filtration applications. 

Inputs on the DAQ include 4 pressure sensors, 2 scales, 2 flow meters, 1 pH probe, 1 conductivity electrode, 1 air-in-tube detector, and 3 analog inputs. The third analog input may be configured plug-in directly to PendoTECH Temperature Sensors without the requirement of an external transmitter. These inputs are configurable with other sensors such as UV, temperature, and turbidity. An alarm output is included as well that can be connected to a pump for shut off in case of an alarm condition. All configuration of sensors for the inputs is done via the PC software, including the option to name them.
