The Vante 3120 series RF sealer uses RF technology to seal a variety of dry and fluid-filled dielectric tubing, such as PVC and EVA. This fast and dependable system consists of a model 3120 200-watt RF generator and one of two hand-held sealing heads. These sealing heads create flexibility for the user and have a built-in clamping function to hold tubing secure during the sealing process.

RF power, RF dwell time, and clamp time are manually controlled via the generator front panel allowing versatility of use. The model 3806 medium-sized sealing head handles tubing up to 0.5in OD, and the model 3807 large-sized sealing head handles tubing up to 1in OD. The ergonomically designed, hand-held sealing head features pneumatic air cylinders and includes 8ft RF and pneumatic air lines.
