The CPC HFC disconnect series connectors enable sterile disconnection of single use biopharma and cell and gene therapy manufacturing systems. With a push of the thumb latch, sterility is maintain on both sides of the system during the disconnection process. It includes protective thumb latch covers to help reduce the chance of accidental disconnection, and are laser marked with item and lot number for complete batch traceability. Example usage include post-use filter integrity testing, such as bubble point testing.

The HFC disconnects do not require additional equipment to make a sterile disconnection. It features automatic shut off valves to stop flow and eliminate the need for pinch clamps. Additionally, there are configuration options for an alloy C-276 internal flow path spring, enabling broader application compatibility. The HFC disconnects have a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
