The VAI Process2Wipe series is a set of ready-to-use wipes that are saturated with VAI's 70% USP isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and 30% USP Water for Injection. They can be used in aseptic and non-aseptic wipe downs of filling and packaging machinery, stainless steel surfaces, lexan, polycarbonate, glass and any critical surface that requires cleaning. Individual lots for these wipes are completely traceable and validated for sterility and shelf life. Additionally, lot sterility is tested according to current USP Compendium.

The Process2Wipe series comes in two different materials for selection: non-woven and knitted. The non-woven materials is 100% polyester - white, clean, and absorbent. It contains low shedding characteristics with minimal fiber and particulate release. The knitted material is a 100% continuous knit polyester filament. Particulates, residues, and other foreign matter are entrapped in the knit of the material. It is resistant to abrasion and picking. 

The wipes come in two sizes, 9in by 9in and 12in by 12in. The wipes are also available in three quantity types: 200, 300, or 1000 depending on selection.
