High-Tech Conversions VISION 20 polyester dry wipe is a heavyweight wiper with extremely low particle generation and chemical extractables. The fabric consists of premium, virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. This provides a durable, absorbent, and abrasion-resistant design that is compatible with most solvents and cleaning solutions. This fabric undergoes multiple processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting, and a proprietary cleaning process to prepare them for cleanroom use. Most importantly, VISION 20 wipes are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45-micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal.
