PendoTECH Test Rig and Standards

The PendoTECH® Photometer Test Rig and Standards (SPEC-280-TRS) is designed for accuracy verification of PendoTECH’s UV-VIS-NIR Photometers. The test rig holds cuvettes containing NIST traceable filters. The absorbance of each filter versus wavelength has been determined on a qualified spectrometer. Users can connect their photometer to the test rig via the fiber optic cables supplied with the unit and use the NIST traceable filters to compare the PendoTECH photometer to the qualified spectrometer. Users may also use a PendoTECH Flow Cell Stand in place of the test rig to hold the cuvette with the filter. There is a blank and filters are included for 5 approximate absorbance values: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0. As absorbance is dependent on wavelength, the filter actual values for a given wavelength are provided as determined on the qualified spectrometer. The wavelength range covered is from 255 to 1000nm.
